Position Overview:

As a Production Manager in our fire, water, mold, and biohazard
remediation/restoration division, you will play a crucial role in estimating
and producing cleanup projects while upholding our company’s
uncompromising standards for customer service, revenue targets, and
overall objectives. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing
projects from initiation to successful completion, ensuring they meet our
high-quality standards and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
● Project Estimation: Utilize your expertise to accurately estimate
the scope and cost of fire, water, mold, and biohazard cleanup
projects. Collaborate with clients, insurers, and stakeholders to
understand their requirements and expectations.
● Project Production: Oversee the entire project life cycle, from
planning to execution. Ensure all projects are carried out efficiently
and effectively, adhering to industry best practices and safety
protocols
● Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures
to ensure that all cleanup jobs meet or exceed our established
standards. Conduct regular assessments, inspections, and quality
checks.
● Customer Satisfaction: Champion a client-centric approach in
every aspect of the project. Act as a primary point of contact for
clients, address concerns, and ensure their satisfaction throughout
the project.
● Financial Management: Collaborate with the finance department
to monitor project budgets, control costs, and achieve revenue
targets. Identify opportunities for cost containment and profit
growth.
● Operational Efficiency: Follow operational processes to ensure
efficiency, resource utilization, and productivity. Continuously
improve project management techniques and adopt best
practices.
● Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all projects adhere to relevant
regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
Maintain safety protocols to protect the well-being of the project
team and clients.
● Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate project records,
reports, and documentation. Provide regular updates to senior
management, detailing project progress, financials, and
performance metrics.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business
management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
● Proven experience in project management within the restoration or
construction industry.
● Strong understanding of fire, water, mold, and biohazard cleanup
processes.
● Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
● Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
● Proficiency in Xactimate or other estimating software.
● Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations.
● A results-driven mindset and commitment to achieving company
objectives.
