Lenny brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the role of Vice President of Business Operations at SourceOne Property Restoration Group. With a background spanning management, restoration, and insurance, Lenny is a versatile professional who plays a pivotal role in the company’s operations, direction, and success.
Lenny started his career in 1990’s as an Underwriter with CIGNA Property and Casualty Insurance, in Philadelphia. After spending five years with CIGNA, Lenny accepted a position with the Wall Street firm Kidder Peabody and eventually settled in for a tenure with Price Waterhouse in Midtown Manhattan. After relocating to Florida, Lenny became the Operations & Compliance Manager for a Public Adjusting firm before landing at SERVPRO, where he spent six years gaining hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the restoration business. This expertise, combined with strong operational and managerial skills, provides Lenny with a unique perspective on the intricacies of property restoration.
Beyond his professional achievements, Lenny is a dedicated advocate for diversity and inclusion. As a member of the Board of Directors for the Greater Fort Lauderdale LGBT Chamber of Commerce, Lenny is committed to fostering an environment that empowers LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs and businesses. Lenny also holds a position on the Board of Directors for Broward Navy Days, the non-profit that is responsible for hosting Fleet Week Port Everglades each year.

Steve Berg
Operations Manager
Steve Berg is the Operations Manager at SourceOne Property Restoration Group, a leading name in property restoration in South Florida. Since December 2023, Steve has been at the forefront of managing and scheduling a dedicated team of technicians tasked with bringing properties back to their pre-loss conditions. His skill includes every area of job management, from intake to the final walkthrough, ensuring every job is completed to the highest standards of satisfaction.
Before joining SourceOne, Steve owned and operated Soflo Mold Inspections LLC from January 2022 to April 2024 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Here, he honed his expertise in mold testing, air quality testing, and moisture mapping, providing critical insights and remediation solutions for busines and homeowners to ensure safe living conditions.
Prior to his entrepreneurial venture, Steve served as Operations Manager at Restoration Pros Florida from September 2019 to December 2023. His role was pivotal in specializing in water, fire, mold, and storm damage remediation across the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area, reinforcing his reputation as a reliable professional in the restoration industry.
Steve’s journey in property restoration and management began at United Claims Specialists, where he worked as DFS (Department of Financial Services) certified Public Adjuster from October 2018 to August 2019. In this role,he gained the necessary knowledge to inspect property damage and negotiated with insurance providers, advocating for homeowners and businesses to receive the coverage they deserved. His career was initiated at Bullfrog Restoration from December 2016 to September 2018, where he served as a Technician. This early experience laid the foundation for his career.
With a career spanning over seven years in various capacities within the property restoration industry, Steve Berg brings a wealth of knowledge, unmatched expertise, and a deep commitment to excellence and client satisfaction to SourceOne Property Restoration Group. His broad experience across different facets of the industry not only makes him a pivotal figure in the company’s operations but also embodies the mission of being the most respected name in the industry.
